What makes Orange Realty Property Management Different?
We are a local, independently owned ‘hands on’ business that really cares about your investment. Our philosophy is that by always acting in your best interests we will ensure you become our customer for life.
How will you promote my rental to travellers?
We use all the big sites such as VRBO, Homeaway, AirBnb as well as our own website and social media channels to ensure maximum exposure for your property.
How do you handle on-the-ground services?
We have a team of local, trusted and accredited contractors and suppliers on hand at a moments notice ensuring your property is properly maintained and cared for.
What are your fees?
We charge you 15% of all income generated by us plus a small monthly management fee which varies depending on the size of your property. All maintenance and cleaning fees are charged to you at cost, keeping your running costs as low as possible.
We also manage your tourist and sales tax accounts inclusive of our monthly fee.
